What steps can be taken to encourage safer driving habits and assure that all Texas drivers are following the rules of the road?  What wording would you recommend for a Texas bumper sticker that summarizes this traffic safety dilemma and supports the steps that you recommend?  Explain your thought process and describe how you arrived at your ideas for the safety tips and the bumper sticker.
